Possible complaints of goods from our e-shop are carried out according to valid legal regulations. To submit claim/complaint fill in the claim/complaint protocol and contact us by phone or e-mail. We will review your claim/complaint and process it within the legal 30-day period and let you know about its outcome and how it will be settled.
