Rules for using gift vouchers

• Purchasing a certificate: after adding it to your cart and paying, you will receive a gift voucher with a unique code by email.
• Using the voucher: at the online store www.wdl.sk, after adding the goods to your shopping cart, enter the code listed on the voucher and the price will be recalculated according to the value of the voucher before payment.
• Validity and extension: The expiry date is stated on the voucher. In exceptional cases, it is possible to request an extension.
• One-time use: The value of the voucher must be used up in a single purchase, and any difference in price will not be refunded.
• Combination with promotions: The voucher can also be used on discounted items and can be combined with other discount codes.
• Protection against counterfeiting: Each voucher contains a unique code. The e-shop is not responsible for the loss or misuse of the code by a third party.
• Withdrawal from the contract: The buyer (donor) has the right to a refund within 14 days of purchasing the voucher online, but only if the code has not yet been redeemed.
• Return of goods paid for with a voucher: If the customer returns a watch purchased with a voucher, no cash will be refunded, but a new voucher of the corresponding value will be issued.
• No exchange for cash: The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Shipping: The value of the voucher also applies to shipping costs, if charged.
