From May 23 to 29, our Montblanc boutique in Aupark hosted a wonderful event dedicated to writing called Montblanc Week.
We also presented the new Montblanc Meisterstück 100th Anniversary collection. To continue the legacy of this model, we asked our friend Filip Labanec, collector and founder of the Instagram account follow.my.pen, to exhibit his collection of Meisterstück models at our store.
You had the opportunity to see the evolution of a model that changed the world of writing in one place. For example, models commemorating the 75th and 90th anniversaries of the Meisterstuck model were on display. Various versions of the 149 model (pen size) were also on display.
Among other things, Filip exhibited his Writers Edition collection, featuring models such as Rudyard Kipling, Saint Exupery, Victor Hugo, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Homer, and others.
We were even honored by a visit from calligrapher Rudolf Letko, who has elevated the art of writing to the highest level. You had the opportunity to write your own business card on beautiful paper and watch the artist at work.
As we mentioned, it was a week dedicated to writing, and you had a unique opportunity to try out different pens, nibs, and ink types.
