Patron of Arts Collection
Aptly named, the Patron of Arts collection, launched in 1992, pays tribute to important historical figures and excites passionate collectors who already own Meisterstuck pens in every size and thickness.
Each edition in this collection is limited, meaning that it is produced in a strictly limited number of pieces. The debut piece was Lorenzo Medici, produced in a limited edition of 4,810 pieces, later joined by names such as Louis XIV (4,810 copies) and Peter the Great, which was available in two editions: a more affordable one with 4,810 copies and a more exclusive one with only 888 copies. Other editions dedicated to historical figures were gradually added.

Now we have another edition, the magnificent Napoleon. There is no need to introduce Bonaparte, so let's move straight on to presenting the pen itself. nbsp;Let us start by saying that this time Montblanc has gone even further in its offer of exclusivity and added two more editions to the two standard editions with 4,810 and 888 pieces:
Patron of Art Homage to Napoléon Bonaparte LE 92 in a limited edition of 92 pieces, with a body made of solid 18-carat gold, priced at €38,000
Patron of Art Homage to Napoléon Bonaparte LE 8 an even more "absurd" edition of eight pieces made of solid gold and featuring a large 0.57-carat diamond in the shape of the six-pointed Montblanc star. Each piece in this edition is priced at €168,000.

Vyhotovenie
Do nášho obchodu Watch de Luxe sme prijali edíciu Patron of Art Homage to Napoléon Bonaparte LE 4810. Telo pera je vyrobené zo živice s lakovanou povrchovou úpravou a zlátením na vrchnáku a spodnej časti pera. Valec navyše nesie špeciálnu grafiku prekrytú transparentným lakom. Plniaci hrot je vyrobený ručne z 18-karátového zlata.
Dizajn
Dizajn je inšpirovaný neoklasicistickým dizajnom. Hrot nesie gravírovanie Napoleonovho dvojitého klobúka, modrá farba symbolizuje farbu jeho uniformy, rovnako ako dominantnú farbu sály v paláci Fontainebleau, v ktorej sa nachádzal jeho trón.
Včely na vrchnáku a na tele predstavujú odklon od dynastie Bourbonovcov a prepojenie s rodom Mérovingiens (Merovejovci). Čierne línie na vrchnáku sú pripomienkou toho, ako Napoleon videl sám seba v centre Slnka.
