NORQAIN was born in 2018 when Ben Küffer, the brand's founder, turned his passion and experience into a bold new vision. Ben's family has been involved in Swiss watchmaking for decades, and this heritage continues to shape the brand's character today. Co-founders include Ted Schneider, a member of the iconic Breitling family, and Mark Streit, the NHL ice hockey legend – all three share a belief that true values do not compromise.

100% Swiss, 100% mechanical
At NORQAIN, there is no room for compromise when it comes to the quality of timekeeping. Every single watch is made in Switzerland, by hand, by experienced watchmakers in the town of Tavannes in the Jura Mountains. They do not make quartz watches or use digital displays – only mechanical movements, in the spirit of precision and respect for tradition.

In-house movements – Swiss engineering precision
One of the milestones in NORQAIN's technical development was the strategic partnership with movement manufacturer Kenissi in 2020. This resulted in the first in-house calibers: the NN20/1 three-hand and the NN20/2 GMT. Both boast a 70-hour power reserve, outstanding reliability, and accurate timekeeping.
The new generation NK24/1 "8K" caliber, inspired by the world's mountains over 8,000 meters high, was unveiled in 2024. This skeletonized flyback chronograph opens up new horizons: it is both functional and spectacular, offering a 62-hour power reserve and single-button timing capabilities. All NORQAIN calibers are chronometer-certified, certified to the highest Swiss standards.
